Student Records Access
My son is on a private college, PLU in Wa State. I have asked PLU for access to his student records and they have denied me access and my son has said he did not authorize my access. THey say under FERPA law they cannot grant me access without my sons approval. Is this accurate? I looked up the FERPA regulations and from what I read, if it is a parent requesting access, aproval is not required.
How do you get the divorce?
I have been trying for 2 years. Have been through 4 unsucessful mediations. When we show up for court My husband has some problem and we have to postpone. Our last date was Nov 3, 2008. So far no new date has been arranged and I am told not going to get one. NO ONE seems to be able to give an answer as to why a date cannot be set. Is it not the Judges job to get this done at some point? Much like a traffice violation! I would appreciate any help I can get.
