need info on 7th yr h1b extension

am on the 6th yr of my h1 and need to apply for my 7th yr extension...my i-140 is pending,on eb2 category...

please let me know what will be the total filing fees for 7th yr extension...

also, after i complete my 7th yr, do i need to pay for my extension again,for every consecutive yr, till i get my green card

because i heard, some people saying, we need to pay for extension only once.....and then its totally free...

Im married with american citizen,i got my immigrant visa on April, and my green card on May in wich the expiry date is 26/May/2017....but i ve been said that the real expiry date is two years for the green card, is it true?....

and i m expecting a baby next month...if i get my baby and i i get divorced before the conditionnal time for the conditionnal visa.....will i be obliged to leave us with my baby or the fact having my baby is a proof that i got into good faith marriage.....

if I am lucky to get the 751 form approved with the divorce application in file, does the immigration officer have the right to take the green card back?

My background is: I got my conditional green card in 2006. My husband and I applied for I-751 form together this early May. However he filed for a divorce in August . We have a son together.

I have an employee who is returning to Mexico after several years of employment. He came here illegally, and is now married with 2 children under the age of 5 and born in the states. His wife is not here legally. He is planning to return to Mexico after a long absence to see family. He would like to return to the US, but since he was here illegally, he doesn't seem to be able to return. Are there any options he can try prior to his departure? Because his children are US citizens, does this improve his chances? what do you suggest? I was under the impression that he was attempting to secure his status legally, but that seems not to be the case now. He's a good employee and a very decent person. I would like to help if there is a way.

Green Card renewal. Afraid to be denied

I have a question regarding my green card renewal. I'm canadian and I got my green card in 99 after my mother's husband petitionned for me. I was 19 at the time and finished my schooling in Canada and I would go back to the US for vacations. Since I've finished my studies, I've been doing voluntary work in different countries and only go back to the States for 2 or 3 months at the time. Now my green card is expiring in April 2009 and I'm afraid they won't want to renew it because I've never worked in the States and don't own anything there. I'm afraid they'll say that because of my inactivity I can't be a US resident anymore. So I'd like to know what do they check for when analyzing a file and what are the reasons for a renewal to be denied.

I hope someone can help me, I'm very worried.

After we get married I know I need to exit the States and re-enter on a different visa.What is the process for this. My husband petitioned for my minor daughter as as step-father for her to come to the USA. At the interview at the embassy, they told her that they could not give her a visa because she had tried to get a visa by means of fraud (Section 212(a)(6)(C)(i)). She has never been to the embassy before. We suspect someone tried to use her birth certificate and information to get a visa for someone else.They said she would need a 'waiver'. An attorney said that this waiver would not be available to her because she is a minor. She did not misrepresent anything at the embassy. Is there anything we can do? Can a 'waiver' still be filed?
