The issue for the undersigned to determine is the amount payable to Respondent, Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), as reimbursement for medical expenses paid on behalf of Petitioner Kanesha Harley (Ms. Harley), pursuant to section 409.910, Florida Statutes (2019), from settlement proceeds Petitioner received from third parties.Petitioner failed to establish a basis for a reduction of the Medicaid lien, and application of the formula found in section 409.910(11)(f) results in a Medicaid lien amount of $128,032.84.
