Family Law

My Will was over 20 yrs old so I was referred to Mr. Adam Czaya. Obviously, my situation has changed over the last 20 yrs so when I spoke to Mr. Czaya he wanted to find out about me and what documents I have (other than LWT). The answer was none. Mr. Czaya advised me of the documents I should posses and why. I now have 5 documents that will carry out my wishes in any situation, all at a reasonable price I might add, but the biggest asset to me was that Mr. Czaya asked me MULTIPLE times throughout the process If I had any questions. From my past experience with Lawyers, getting answers to my questions was like trying to pull a tooth. I'm glad to see someone is doing it right. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and now have peace of mind for my future.

Above and beyond

I would recommend Adam and his staff to anyone needing legal assistance. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to seek out any answers he may not yet possess. His staff (Rebecca) is also very proficient and thorough. Calls were always returned in a timely manner and there was never a need for me to "follow up" like with other practices. I always found Adam and his team to be one step ahead of the process, leaving out no details along the way.

Adam was very explanatory in what he prepared for me. Very courteous, prompt, and made this process very easy. He prepared a durable power of attorney for me and I plan on having Adam prepare a will for me, in the near future.

Estate plan

Adam was extremely helpful, first conferencing with us on the phone to find out what our needs were and to get to know one another. We met with him to have all our documents completed, notarized, and stored in the safe at his office. He was extremely thorough, after meeting with him we had no questions. I would thoroughly recommend Adam Czaya.

Excellent Estate Attorney

My mother passed away in Florida in July 2020 during the pandemic. I live in Nevada. I contacted my Mom's Estate Attorney, Adam Czaya of Keith Taylor Law Firm. Due to the pandemic, everything had to be handled remotely. Adam was able to take care of all of the documents and filings necessary to settle her estate, including selling her home and car. He was extremely professional, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable Estate Planning Legal Advice

Adam Czaya updated a Power of Attorney and prepared an Amendment to my Trust document and prepared and recorded a Lady Bird Deed. He listened to my objectives and reviewed the existing documents. He answered my (many) questions and drew up the documents to effect the changes. His explanations were clear. The work was done in a timely manner. COVID concerns are met by his office routine. He and the staff are friendly and courteous. I trust him and plan to use his firm for any future needs.

Good firm with great staff and attorneys!

The firm and all the staff were courteous and responsive to our needs. Adam was easy to work with, informative and timely with his response. He also was readily available to answer questions and provide assistance and advice as required. Finally, and most importantly all his communication was in plan language and not just 'legal ease' making extremely easy to understand the who, what and when of the topic being addressed.

EXCELLENT

I do not live in Florida, so finding an attorney out-of-state was a challenge until I found Mr. Czaya! Adam made the entire estate process of my father's passing extremely easy and I would highly recommend him! My husband and I both work in the legal field and know that there can be some less than knowledgeable lawyers in the world; however that was not the case with Adam. Adam was friendly, courteous and promptly answered all of of my e-mails in a timely manner.
