Adam M. Brofsky practices criminal law, and family law in Broward, Dade, and West Palm Beach counties. Mr. Brofsky received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he received the Most Outstanding Student Award in Appellate Advocacy and Law & Bioethics, and made the Dean’s List in spring of 2012.
Shortly after graduation, Adam interned for the Law Office of Joshua D. Rydell, where he immediately began working on a wide variety of criminal cases. After his admission to the Florida Bar, Adam was hired as an associate at the Law Office of Eliot J. Lupkin, where he handled many misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as various family law, administrative law, and personal injury cases. In 2014, Mr. Brofsky opened his own practice, the Law Office of Adam M. Brofsky, P.A. and as president, continued to work on criminal defense cases, family law, and personal injury cases. In 2015, Adam Brofsky and David Bauer created The Bauer Brofsky Law Firm P.A., to better provide quality legal representation. In 2016, Adam created The Law Firm of Adam M. Brofsky, P.A., allowing him to expand on his area of expertise, criminal defense law.
