I need an employment lawyer who really knows what they're doing with a Collective Bargaining Agreement involved from the AFT and me temporary or seniority system exists that's not clear how it works at Community College of Philadelphia where I did not file a grievance but it's the AFT there and then Temple is also the AFT--union is that for faculty but I am a Ph.d. from that school English Department from 1999.
