The communication with this office is horrible. Long story short, after 2 years of uncertainty regarding my medical malpractice case and very little communication to go on I received a random email from Mr. Alford's secretary stating they would no longer be handling my case and want no further communication. Everything was handled very unprofessionally and even though he recently went through a trauma, which I understand, his services were terrible before that took place.
