When You're in a Tight Spot Choose Alison

I could not be happier with the services provided by Alison. She is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Help in my bad times

I consulted a G’ville lawyer and walked away with tears in my eyes and feeling even more “low.” I can’t take brutal honesty and this lawyer asked me upfront money if I need “more consultation time.” Kept on telling me that I don’t need to file BKPT and just buy a cheap phone to avoid creditors calls.
I sent email to Alison requesting for free consultation and that I would like to meet her in person, ended up as phone consultation.
Alison’s gentle honesty helped me understand my options. I have No second thoughts and before we ended the phone consultation, I hired her as my Atty. She now represents me. I am looking forward for resolution.

Lifesaver!

I had consulted with another bankruptcy attorney when my credit union was refusing to let me short sale my house but did not have a good feeling walking away. I knew I needed to make some sort of decision and happened across Alison's advertisement in my daily mail. I called, made an appointment with her and she laid out all of my options clearly and we moved forward. I just wish I had gone to her sooner! :-) She fought hard for me and I ended up with the best possible result. I would highly recommend her! She was always responsive and there when I needed her and will always consider her a friend.

An attorney with a huge heart!

When we were faced with a possible foreclosure I started to receive copious amounts of letters, cards, and advertisements in the mail from numerous attorneys that "wanted to help". The one that stood out was from Alison Emery because so wrote a letter explaining how she could help us during this difficult time. She wasn't about flair, but honest about wanting to make a difference for those she serves. She was able to assist us with a great modification on our mortgage that we had been unsuccessful at for three years on our own. To top it off she also was able to assist us with a loan strip of our second mortgage. She is honest, fair, and caring. Alison is always accessible for her clients - I have sent her emails with questions late at night or on the weekend's and was amazed at her quick response - yes even on the weekends. She met and answered questions for us regarding my mother-in-laws mortgage too and did that at no cost - that is unheard of these days! If you are in need of legal assistance you will want to have Alison represent you.

Run!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Alison filed my case and then it was dismissed because of a deficiency, per the notice I received in the mail. I have called her office several times just to see what my payment would be and those morons answering the phones can't tell me anything, all I get is I'll have her call you back. And she never called back...
