Outstanding Professional Legal Advice for Eldercare Law

Elder LAw

We are very pleased with Amanda Wolf's knowledge of the law as it applys to eldercare and estate planning. A wonderful attorney!

Amanda made a difficult time in my life much easier for me. Her amiable personality and intimate knowledge of elder law as well as the workings of the DCF made it a less stressful process getting my Mother approved for Medicaid. She is very easy to talk to and one feels immediately at ease with her. Her fee was much more reasonable than I had expected and she was able to make the whole process, from initial interview to final acceptance by Medicaid, smooth.

Elder Care Success

Ms. Wolf provided elder care legal services to my mother and has successfully enabled her to maintain a healthy and comfortable quality of life, which would not have been possible without the excellent counsel, provided by Ms. Wolf. Our mother was faced with the inevitable decline in financial resources as her care needs increased and the economic recession eroded her assets.
