I received my first and (Only) DUI, I was terrified. I hired Amy after having a consultation. She was knowledgable, compassionate and very understanding. She helped me through the entire process from start to finish, answered all of my questions and then some. Of course I have to accept my punishment as I deserved but without Amy's help I know for a fact it would have been much worse. Of course I have learned a valuable lesson that under no circumstances should you get behind the wheel after drinking. If you do choose to do so and get caught there is no other Attorney I would call. She and her team at Colleen Glenn's office were the best in my book. I have no regrets choosing Amy. She is Fantastic. I will always be grateful I did and have no regrets.

I was charged with a 3rd degree felony (I am so naïve on legal matters, I didn't even know the difference between felony and misdemeanor). Prior to this incident, I never had any interaction with the police. But as a professional in the community, having a large family and a deep reputation in the community, needed excellent representation in this legal matter. I interviewed 4 different criminal defense attorneys in the local area. By far, Amy was the most engaging. She clearly outlined step-by-step what was going to happen day-by-day and week-to-week. She requested pertinent information from me...... all of which I provided (probably too much). She took my after-hour phone calls. She was open to all meetings that I requested. She clearly answered all of my MANY questions. She was a great emotional counselor. (I was an emotional wreck throughout this entire 3+ week process). The charges brought against me were very silly and baseless but would have had very real consequences to my life if not addressed appropriately and quickly. Amy did this. Amy knew exactly how to respond to the State's Attorney and knew exactly what information to provide. She certainly must have a good/great reputation with the SA's office because she was granted a 30 minute meeting and the SA was attentive to her position/argument. The case was ultimately dismissed and never pursued further. This successful outcome was in large part to her reputation, community standing, and profession demeanor.

Amy is compassionate and has the interest of her client at heart. I hope to NEVER need to hire her again but if I find myself in such a situation again, she'd be the 1st and only person I contact. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy.

Amy aside, the entire staff at Colleen Glenn Associates are top-notch and very professional.
