Andrew Blasi - A TRUE PROFESSIONAL

Moved from NY to Boca where I had established relations with different attorneys. I normally go through friends for referrals when it comes to attorneys. I decided to do my own research. I was fortunate enough to have found Andrew Blasi. He is a true professional, extremely knowledgable and reliable. Upon entering his office I was greeted by a very warm and friendly staff. Andy Blasis is the best

Andy Blasi handled the sale of our home to a buyer who was very difficult throughout the process. Andy handled the contract terms and his changes were invariably the reason we even were able to close. Regardless of the nonsense the buyers and their attorney tried to pull, Andy quashed their arguments in a professional and straight forward manner. And he did it while handling insignificant details while he literally forced the buyers to the table. In the end we closed and thankfully no need to sue or face a lawsuit over the deposit. Andy is the best. Also, Andy handled a business contract for a family member and somehow got that agreement done. It was a very intricate situation with out of state parties. I had recommended Andy to handle that matter and Andy handled it beautifully.
