Had a $400 credit on my account, they wanted more retainer. I requested that we wait until next action, because I suspect the case might be dead, and we had satisfied the court to that point. they agreed...a few months later I got a notice from the court that they withdrew from my case with no communication. To add insult to injury, they charged me $415 to withdraw as my attorney citing no more retainer fees. My experience is this firm, in particular Andrew Fulton don't communicate well and the most important part of an attorney/client relationship. Keep looking.
Mr. Fulton did excellent work to represent me, kept me updated in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. I would highly recommend him for related work!
