Cutler-Rader Review

Andrew and his firm provided outstanding professional service and saw my family through a very difficult time. He was always extremely honest and straight forward. I spoke with many attorneys before hiring Andrew, and ultimately decided on Cutler - Rader because they provided very personalized service. I also liked the fact that Andrew is a litigator; if the case needed to go to court Andrew could see it through to the end. Many other firms will farm out the case to another attorney if the case needs to go to court. Ultimately, Andrew settled my case for the maximum limits of the defendant's policy. When the decision came to settle the case there was never any pressure or hard sell from Andrew or his colleagues. They laid out my options and explained the pros and cons of taking the case to court. Andrew was always readily available to speak with, and readily returned emails and phone calls.

Auto accident

Mr. Rader took over my case from another attorney who could not get the insurance company to settle for what my case was worth. Mr. Rader was very efficient and thorough and his expertise resulted in a settlement with the insurance company just days prior to trial for an amount above the policy limits. I was very happy with the results and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
