When I was sure I was never going to find a lawyer who would take my case and help me, Mr. Pozzuto stepped up and offered his assistance. If it weren't for Mr. Pozzuto I would have suffered more than just minor inconvenience, but difficulty in future employment efforts, and I am happy to say that thanks to Mr. Pozzuto, this is not the case.

I've known and worked around Andy Pozzutto for nearly 18 years. He is excellent in the courtroom, both through negotiations and connecting with people, especially with juries. He is an exceptional trial attorney.

Andy has an excellent reputation among attorneys in the legal community. I personally have been in court with Andy more times than I can count and have the highest regard for him. He has a very impressive presence in the courtroom . . . dynamic, entertaining, and authoritative. The jury clearly is paying attention to what Andy is doing, and is waiting to hear what he is going to say next, which is what you want in a defense attorney. Let the prosecutor be the one to fade into the background.
