He gave my personal phone # and fax # to opposing counsel! And then, opposing counsel called me at work! In the meantime, he did not explain anything to me, was not communicative, and he even withheld monies that were MINE, sending money when it was convenient to him, not when I needed it (while I was going to school). If I hadn't been working, I wouldn't have been able to make my bills. He tried numerous times to be intimidating. He sent me a letter to my job (instead of my home) which contained personal information so that my co-workers were able to read my legal situation. I had to terminate him and hire another attorney.
Did not handle a probate matter correctly - did not file the Will of the decedent (nor did he explain why he did not). Did not explain any of the acts he did on behalf of the person to whom he was POA. He did not even dispose of the ashes in the manner in which he was instructed by a written Will.
