The issue is whether Respondents committed an act of discrimination against Petitioner in violation of the Florida Fair Housing Act. Based upon the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, no act of discrimination occurred in this matter.Respondents did not discriminate against Petitioner on the basis of his disability. Therefore, no violation of the Florida Fair Housing Act occurred and the petition should be dismissed.
