Highly recommend to anyone applying for Social Security

I was referred to Antonio Viera from a very good friend that had finally received his disability. After applying once on my own and of course being denied I contacted them and they assured me they were going to get everything together for me. What a relief! COVID slowed things down but he reassured me all would be well and he was right. I was able to get my disability without too many hoops. He literally took the burden off me and got it done. Experience and Knowledge Matters

Why did we choose Antonio “Tony” L. Viera to represent us in the arduous Social Security Process when there is a multitude of like folk to choose from? From the first meeting onward I felt I was in the right hands, both in a practical and legal sense. Moreover, I felt even better with the overall team he had with his paralegal Jaime Collins. They were available, responsive and worked to ensure I had the best possibility of a favorable verdict. I could not have been more pleased. I expected to win (mind you I have a JD) but wanted an EXPERT to represent me and to guide me through this tangled morass. Tony did just that and we could not have been more pleased from cradle to grave. Filings were all timely. Our preparation for the Administrative Law Judge was focused and to the point. Top Notch

The Social Security Disability process is overwhelming to say the least but with the right guidance and support backing you up it reduces the stress greatly. I was dealing with that stress as well as pain with my medical problems at the time. I made the decision to find an attorney to get my application filed for Social Security Disability. I chose Antonio Viera after doing my own research. He was everything he says he is. I was made to feel like I mattered and that my case was important to him. He handled my paperwork and kept his appointments accordingly. I was told about what would happen along the way and how it would be dealt with. There was no guess work. He made everything simple and easy to understand. So after all was said and done he did what he said he would do,and got me the Social Security Disability I so desperately needed. Mr. Viera and his staff know what they are doing!

Mr. Viera and his staff represented me and although this does take time which he explained to me in the beginning, his PA Jamie kept me up to date and handled my case perfectly. I'm not saying that because I was granted SS disability. I'm saying it because Mr Viera and his staff were always there. This took over 2 years but I found the best thing about him...
