Terrific

My partner, and I were being sued for over $1.7 million (USD) dollars regarding a building we purchased on south beach. We had heard about Dehghani Law by reputation and from friends and colleagues we knew who had hired them in other cases. They all highly recommended Dehghani Law – saying they were the “best kept secret in South Florida”. At our initial meeting, Mr. Dehghani cut to the chase and explained a litigation plan which ultimately worked to perfection. Despite being in a difficult position, we managed to counter sue successfully and the lawsuit against us was dismissed completely. My company, my partner and I can say from personal experience that they are professional, responsive, and aggressive at Dehghani Law, PA. They are about results – and they get results. Best Attorney

I was sued and had my account frozen and I called Alex Dehghani Law. NOT!! Only did he get my account unfrozen he then sued them for freezing my account and for my attorney fee's and Alex WON.. Now they have to pay me money.!!!! Thanks Alex Alex is and aggressive and very knowledgeable attorney with only your best interest in mind. He is now our family attorney for any problems we may have. Call him you won't be disappointed.

I came to Dehghani Law when I had some corporate legal matters. Honestly I was a nervous wreck until I sat down for my initial consultation with Dehghani Law. I went to the firm of Dehghani Law - on a recommendation because my car was giving me serious problems due to a manufacturing defect. Of course nobody took me seriously- I tried to resolve with it the dealer, but that went nowhere. They told me to deal with the manufacturer – which I tried, but I hit another brick wall. Everyone dismissed me and which me “good luck!”...

Amazing attorney

I reached out and retained Dehghani Law, PA at the last minute on an emergency and Dehghani was somehow able to secure a desperately needed judicial order in record time. Homestead Exception

Aresh was a very resourceful and knowledgeable lawyer at the time I needed his services. I mistakenly forgot to switch my homestead exemption on one of my properties to the current one I reside in and I was being charged retroactively for all the years I didn't live in the property. Aresh was able to resolve my situation and go through the appropriate channels to withdraw the money being charged. I am forever grateful that he was able to clear my debt. His level of knowledge, professionalism, and resourcefulness is definitely one that will make him the permanent attorney I use for future cases.

A professional and thurough trial layer with proven experience!

Alex was an amazing lawyer in a time of need. His prompt response and follow through was by far exceptional.
