The issue to be resolved in this proceeding concerns whether the Petitioner was not re-employed as a "mechanic-carpenter" by the Respondent school board based upon the Petitioner's age.Petitioner failed to present prima facie case of age discrimination. It is immaterial if reason he was not re-hired in open position is not accurate- so long as not for age-related reasons. That is the only reason pled.
