I hired Mrs. Riley to represent me against a termite company for damages that occurred to my home during my contract with them. Athena was always very thorough, very professional and always kept me in the loop. She was aggressive, but it a great way, when dealing with them, as to what would be an acceptable outcome for me. Mrs. Athena Riley went above and beyond what our expectations were. We purchased a BMW in Fort Walton Beach from the local dealer. The vehicle was suppose to perform certain features with a display key that was promised in the buying of this vehicle. Needless to say the vehicle could not do the prescribed features because it was not equippeed to do it. After weeks of going back and forth with the dealership and getting nowhere we called "Cotton and Gates" and was put into contact with Mrs Athena Riley. Mrs. Riley thoroughly explained what she was going to do and what was expected of us. We followed Mrs. Riley's instructions and the outcome of her diligent work prevailed in our favor. if there ever comes a time when we need representation again, there will be no hesitation as to where we are going.
