Wished she had office in the SoFlo are ( Miami)

Barbara no only explained everything in detail but taught men a lot that I did not know to expect to see in Financial Records of an HOA/Management Company refused to provide. She empowered me to ask for shortfall payments for over 60k that seemed to be added to an assessment, no response yet but they did sign document requesting Financials. Failed to successfully represent the majority of the Board or HOA

Excellent in her responses

I had a question on HOA lease fee transfers and she did not only offered advice but also sent me a link to the law that relates to it and then followed up. She's extremely helpful. I certainly am keeping her in mind if I cannot resolve the issue with the HOA. My only problem is that I am in Cooper City, FL, but she may still be able to handle it or point me in the right direction, I'm sure. Thank you so much!
