Barry B. Ansbacher is the managing partner of Ansbacher Law. For over thirty years, Barry Ansbacher has specialized in real estate, construction and community association law. His practice also includes prosecuting and defending civil litigation cases in all courts and arbitration forums in North Florida, including personal injury and commercial cases.
Ansbacher Law has consistently delivered successful results for its clients. Barry helped his clients transform a failing retail mall into a world-class office park, procuring international equity financing and negotiating the construction contract. In 2016, he obtained a landmark jury verdict against the nation’s largest homebuilder on behalf of a condominium association resulting in a judgment in excess of 12 Million Dollars. He has also obtained successful jury verdicts on behalf of his personal injury clients. Notably, Barry obtained a jury verdict in excess of 2 Million Dollars for an automobile accident victim on a case where the client's previous attorney recommended settlement for only 5 thousand dollars.
Barry Ansbacher is an experienced arbitrator and appointed by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Circuit Mediator.
