Barry Hoffman was excellent at taking a complicated living trust my wife and I had set up in another state 25 years ago and making it compatible with Florida laws. He and his associates were professional, prompt and kind. We have ARAG legal insurance through my wife's employer and he worked well within their guidelines.

I was hesitant when I started my case. I needed assistance in preparing my estate planning documents as well as a Personal Injury case and Mr. Hoffman guided me all the way through the process. I had never done either of these things before so I didn't know what I was doing at all. I was completely lost. Thank God I went to Mr. Hoffman and not one of the Attorneys that I heard about on t.v. or the radio. Mr. Hoffman is very knowledgeable in many areas. There was not one question that I asked that he didn't know the answer to immediately. I was able to tell that he had years of experience. His assistants are both just as amazing as he is. I don't have one negative thing to say about this Law Firm. I would refer anyone to them for anything.

He is an exceptional attorney!!! He was able to settle my case for more money than expected and a lot quicker than expected. His office staff is amazing as well. They are very polite and knowledgeable just as the attorney. I recommend everyone to go to him for anything.

This law firm has proven to be a very big disappointment. Many years ago they handled my mother's estate planning. When my mother passed away we engaged them to assist us in completing the transfer of her estate to her heirs. We experienced incompetence, delays, a rude attitude, and a lack of courtesy during a time of grief. As a result, new policies to protect the estate could not be completed in a timely fashion. Even something as small as sending sensitive material to the correct address proved problematic for them and a liability to us. This now becomes a cautionary tale.
