I had a very interesting case with Bea that involved complicated land sales, LLC agreements, statute of limitations, legal malpractice, title insurance,, etc. across multiple states, including an appeal that is now pending. Bea took the lead and was first chair in that case. She is a skilled, articulate, intelligent, and ethical attorney that enjoyed litigating with. Since she is in my home town, I know our paths will cross again.
