Yormak is an excellent attorney that I would recommend to anyone

Disappointing

Ben represented me but I never sensed that he cared much to understand my case or to fight for me. I get the sense that he has taken on too much work and as a result his employees are impatient and overworked. I suspect that he devotes most of his attention towards larger whistleblower cases with lucrative paydays and takes smaller cases less seriously. Sorry to say I would not retain Ben again if I need legal support in the future.

Overtime

I contacted Mr. Yormak. Obtained a visit for consultation. We discussed the pro’s n con’s of the case. After our consult I decided to proceed. Shortly thereafter we had a meeting with the opposition and their attorney. We were able to reach a settlement. Without having a trial hearing. Sometimes these things can really drag on. The outcome was Fair and reasonable. Unfortunately the opposition had fell short of their obligation. Mr. Yormak has been very professional and assertive throughout the entire case. And has made certain the terms of agreement were met. All the while keeping me up to date in any developments. Mr. Yormak has been very professional and is very knowledgeable in Employment law.
