Pursuant to section 760.08, Florida Statutes (2015), the issue is whether, in the furnishing of public accommodations, Respondent is guilty of discrimination against Petitioner on the grounds of race, color, and national origin by prohibiting Petitioner from re-entering the business premises of Respondent due to Petitioner's sexual harassment of Respondent's employees.Petitioner who had been sexually harassing employees of gas station and restaurant failed to prove facts giving rise to inference of discrimination in providing public accommodations when he was barred from re-entry.
