she is Management only - performed poorly per numerous serious bookkeeping issues. Does not like courtroom work Very easily stressed. Took on a case she later admitted she had no knowledge of, after asserting she did, panicked when a document was due, cancelled meeting with client 5 minutes before, putting client in a position of missing a deadline that would involve loss of money. Filed emergency motion to withdraw w/o basis or notice bc "nervous" had large retainer never refunded
