Great help through entire contract process
I recently hired Brendan to handle the quick purchase of an investment beach condo in Maryland directly from the seller. Although physically located in Fort Lauderdale, Brendan facilitated the Maryland process making it a seamless experience for me. I especially appreciated his examination of the housing inspector’s report due to his expertise in construction law as well as real estate law. Brendan also is a great communicator and kept me updated on a regular basis from start to closing. I highly recommend consulting/hiring Brendan for real estate and construction legal matters.

Winner!
Mr. Sweeney helped me dealing with some complicated issues with a national mortgage company. The case was an uphill battle and not guaranteed that I would prevail, but we did! He was able to negotiate a settlement deal that I was comfortable with. It was rare to come out on top with the case I had, but we were determined. He was very easy to contact, not only by phone but by e-mail as well. He was thorough in answering my questions and explaining everything at hand. He also he did not make any assumptions or move forward with anything without letting me know what was happening. I am very appreciative for everything he did for me.

He takes pride in helping clients and educates consumers against creditors. Creditors can harrass family and friends, even make it difficult to buy your dream home.
