Brent Zimmerman is General Counsel of Miller Electric Company and represents the company in all facets of its business. Outside of litigation, Mr. Zimmerman also has experience representing clients in the review, drafting and negotiation of all manner of contracts and other transactional matters. Within the construction arena, Mr. Zimmerman has represented owners, developers, contractors, construction trades, architects, engineers, suppliers, insurers and sureties in contract negotiation, litigation, arbitration and bid protests.
