If you want good representation, find someone else. Don’t count on Mr. Arrighi. He represented me in my 2006 divorce and did not do anything for me. I obtained full custody of my children and he and his firm suprised me with yet another retainer fee 2 months prior to my final hearing, in that hearing, I learned that he did not file the proper paperwork, even though he assured me he did. I could not in good conscious recommend his service to anyone in good conscious.

Expertise that is second to none!

I Never Give 10's until I met this Attorney!!

I was having some big time fianancial problems regarding our home...I did not know where to turn to, I spoke to several other attorneys over the phone and not one made me feel comfortable nor would they give me any info as to what procedures would be taken. Than I called Mr. Arrighi's firm. I was blown away by the knowledge, the patience, the effeciency of getting back to me AND giving me information over the phone. Of course I wanted an appointment and I was happy, to pay!! When does that ever happen? You can't go wrong with this firm. Take if from me.

If you're getting divorced, you need Mr. Arrighi

My situation was a little out of the ordinary in that my ex and I are older, have three teenage children, and were dealing with ex's substance abuse, squandering family assets, plus monthly government pension check & disability income as opposed to "normal" job related income,etc. If Mr. Arrighi was surprised at my circumstances, he didn't show it. However, there were times when he didn't have answers to my questions, but he always told me he'd research...and then delivered. He would analyze everything, and in the eventual outcome, he came up with an amazing creative plan that protected my unique situation. He's straightforward, but rest assured: if the law isn't being followed or there's any game playing by the other side, he's quick to counteract He's a family man himself and has compassion in abundance. I can't say enough about him. Picking the right attorney is crucial...Brian Arrighi is not an expense - he's an investment.

Don't waste money - get a real lawyer!

Hopefully we all have one or two or a few heroes in our life. Brian Arrighi is one of my Champions. Two things: He knows the Law and he will use it for YOU. I talked to at least ten, maybe more, lawyers, paid big money to some of them just to get in the door, and hired a few of them. You think you know the law? It wasn’t until I hired Brian Arrighi that I truly saw a lawyer use his expertise and knowledge on my behalf. I was blown away at what this man did. He made the other lawyers I have had look like tinker toy lawyers. He’s fair. He is honest. He LISTENS to your needs and then uses the law to fulfill them. Hire a real lawyer! Hire Brian and you will NOT be throwing away your money!

Get this lawyer.

Mr. Arrighi provided a refreshing experience. I had been ripped off by my previous attorney, so I was very skeptical when meeting with Mr. Arrighi. What a difference! Mr. Arrighi didn't give me fluff - he gave me an opinion and told me why his opinion was right. I was very emotional, but he kept me focused on what needed to be done. He didn't let me back down when I felt like quitting and he made my ex give me what I was entitled to. It scares me to wonder what would have happened had I not been referred to Mr. Arrighi. I can't thank him enough. I gave 4 out of 5 on responsiveness because I usually had to leave him a message, but he always called back.
