Brian is a tremendous thinker and very knowledgeable of the law in the area of labor and employment. He's incredibly responsive, very diplomatic, insightful and diplomatic. He has been very involved with the ABA Section of Litigation Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee, having worked extensively on a book of jury instructions, and has served as co-editor of the very high quality newsletter for over 4 years. Highly recommend him.
