Outstanding team of lawyers!

I was initially referred to Brian, who was wonderful, but then I mostly worked with Andy Wilson, who was outstanding, as was the rest of the team! Their turnaround time for responses and products was lightning fast, even over holidays and weekends. They understood all the nuances of the law, which for me was key given some of the complexities of my case. I interacted with multiple other lawyers during this process and none of them compared to YBKK. I highly recommend their services - they are worth every penny!

Great Investment!

Brian is a great listener and compassionate person with a fantastic team behind him. Not only is he a very knowledgeable family law attorney, but has the emotional intelligence to get to a quick resolution for his clients. He is a trusted advisor and provides various options and alternative scenarios that also makes him an out of the box thinker. It is an art to be able to be both amicable with the mediator and opposing counsel to push the case far along, since he is very likeable, and also to buckle down and to not take no for an answer when needed. In addition, Brian is an expert on The Hague Convention and worked with my attorneys in other jurisdictions to ensure that I had additional protection while reducing risk. I will definitely hire him again for any future matter and refer him to friends and family when the need arises.

When you need a Pitbull that is kind!

There are not enough stars to click on. Attorneys are supposed to be held to a higher standard and I can honestly comment that Brian Karpf operates in a trusted advisor capacity raising the bar far beyond any attorney in his family law field. I can tell you from direct knowledge that Brian positions himself in a confidant manner with the utmost respect and strategic mindset when working with his clients. We completed an extremely complicated Real Estate transaction where Brian maintained an open but calculated thought wave that ultimately created best case scenarios for all parties that were involved. Solid character and absolute joy to work with. I would refer any family law issue to Brian with zero hesitation. Never in my wildest dreams would I have consider a family law attorney actual family....... Brian is like a big brother watching out for my best interests! JK

A true friend and ally

Brian and his firm were very experienced and prepared during this VERY difficult time. My ex was relentless, had 4 different attorneys in 3 counties, and felt she had "nothing to lose" litigating. Brian and Mitch protected my interests (most importantly my kids!) and guided me through 3 mediations, a court trial and an unsuccessful appeal. YBKG was well worth the investment! Divorce Case

Excellent in international custody law

Mr. Karpf was excellent in my Hague custody case (international law). He was honest in his pricing and cognizant in ways I could keep costs down. He responded quickly to all questions and really delved into every avenue of the case that could be beneficial. He was straightforward and gave me an honest assessment as to the likelihood of winning the case. He was incredibly detailed and organized in his preparation of documents. He also took me into consideration as a person and even went so far as to make sure there was always a good distance between me and my ex with him in between. Overall it was expensive but definitely worth it. Excellent in international custody law. Excellent in working with female clients. Excellent in prudent billing. Can not recommend him highly enough.
