If you are seeking one attorney to take care of all of your company's needs, this is your attorney.

We hired Brian through his previous firm when our company was purchasing land to start a new branch of our company in Jacksonville. During the purchase of the land, we ran into several obstacles (wetlands, survey, environmental, etc). Brian was on top of each and every issue. His professionalism and depth of knowledge made us very comfortable as we completed the purchase of the property. Afterwards, his ability to setup company legal entities, draft articles of incorporation, setup mortgages, and so much more. Brian Rowland has earned our trust and respect.
