Excellent representation in Court

Back in 1986 Mr Onek represented me in a Felony case while he was a Brevard County Public Defender . Mr. Onek was always available to me to answer any questions I had and went to battle for me with outstanding results of a not guilty verdict . Thanks

I've known Brian since he began pracitcing law in the public defender's office while I was a prosecutor, and later when he went private. Also, I served on the local Bar Association Board of Directors with him for a few years, and know him to be highly competent, ethical, effective and, when appropriate, very funny. Also, he's a really nice person and always willing to pitch in and help others.
