Lightening Fast and VERY effective!

I really and truly cannot say enough about how good this attorney is to have on your side. We had a very problematic tenant but she moved out immediately upon being confronted by him. He is extremely knowledgeable and actually answers the phone and returns calls! He was totally upfront and honest about his costs which were very reasonable. He saved us so much time and money... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! I know we will never call anyone else.

Great experience

I hired Brian as my eviction lawyer when my landlord started the eviction process, we are able to finish the process quickly, and he charged a very fair rate compared to other places. Extremely disappointing

He ate fast food with sauce comming out of the side of his mouth while we were talking about my case. He made two mistakes in a letter to my landlord. Didn't send the letter out whe he said he would. He has about three different phone numbers professional.
