Dealing with Brian has been a pleasure since the first phone call. I was in an immediate legal bind, the first thing I did was jump on google and start running down the list of attorneys in my area. I was Mr Silbers client twice over the last year. Once to get my probation converted to administrative so I could leave the state for work and once again to get my probation terminated. He was excellent both times and got me the results I was looking for....The first time, the Judge denied my motion, Mr silber wouldnt let me leave to court-room until he spoke to the D.A. and the judge again. He was so tenacious that the Judge changed his mind!!! The second time Mr. Silber told me it would be a simple and painless matter.
