High Value, Superb Professional

I needed an affordable lawyer for my DUI case, Mr. Goodwin was the best price of all the lawyers I called. During the course of the process I could call on him with any question. He was always available and very professional. I had other questions not explicitly related to the DUI case and he was very helpful with those items as well. Darold is by far the best value of all of the lawyers in Jacksonville!

Mr. Forbes

Mr Goodwin was a beast in the courtroom. He explain to me what could happen and won't happen. He was very flexible with his fee which allowed me to have trust in what he do. Honest and Determined Lawyer

I originally started with a different lawyer. The previous lawyer made me feel like I did not have a voice and my concerns didn’t matter. He said the law is the law. I went to Mr. Goodwin for a second opinion and I was the best decision I ever made. In a time sharing case with my son, I wanted to make sure I was able to have as much time as possible. I found Mr Goodwin here on avvo and he was actually the second attorney I contacted about two cases I needed representation for. When I spoke with him over the phone I had a good feeling he was the right person to represent me. Perfect lawyer for the wrongfully accused.

I am a property manager of chain of apartment complexes here in Jacksonville, Florida. In July of 2012 I was arrested and charged with a burglary that simply never happened. I went shopping for lawyers to provide me with a decent defense and found Mr. Goodwin. Mr. Goodwin's price was very reasonable and I feel that I got much more than what I paid for. He spent many hours researching the circumstances of my particular case and prepared an excellent defense for us to use during trial. More importantly, however, Mr. Goodwin was patient with me and understanding of my predicament. Nothing in the world is more important during the stresses of a criminal accusation than someone who is willing to sit down with you and explain what's going on from everyone's point of view and how it is going to be dealt with. I would highly recommend Mr. Goodwin to anyone who finds themselves wrongfully accused.
