The issue is whether the termination of Respondent, Barbara Paul, by Petitioner, "for cause," was justified.Petitioner proved by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondent committed numerous violations of the Teacher's Code of Ethics and Florida Administrative Code Rules 6B-1.001 and 6B-1.006. Respondent's employment as a teacher should be terminated.
