Ms. Holt made affirmative representations to a Hillsborough County Circuit Court Judge wherein stated that she had conversations with a medical expert a few days prior to a hearing; however, in fact, the said medical expert had passed away 2 months before the hearing. The Judge recused herself from the case and filed a bar grievance against this attorney. This attorney should not receive a "V" rating.

Ms. Holt was under court ordered deadline to disclose an expert. Ms. Holt represented in open court that she spoke with an expert, Dr. Andrew Weinberg, and that he agreed to testify on the plaintiff's behalf and disclosed him as her expert. It was subsequently discovered that at the time that Ms. Holt represented to the court that she retained and personally spoke with Dr. Weinberg, that Dr. Weinberg had been dead for months.
