In my experience with Cary Cliff, when you are a client of his, he will fight for you with drive and dedication! Not only that, he gets results that I didn't even hope could happen. He is discerning as well as a champion for your benefit and rights. He is caring and patient which was a most helpful experience when going through something as painful as a divorce. One of the most valuable ways that he protected me through my divorce process was his great attention to detail making sure I was covered on all sides before moving on to each next step in the process.

I can’t say enough good things about Cary. I am not going to get to the specifics of my case, but I will say it had to do with false allegations and my daughter could have been seriously negatively affected if we lost the case, which we didn’t. Cary knowledge in family law is second to none and he is easy going lawyer who makes you feel very comfortable even though the stakes are very high. He is also very generous with his billing hours as he does a lot of work through texts and emails, therefore is able to work on other cases while he is sitting in court waiting for your case to be called. Other lawyers will bill for the full time they sit in the courtroom waiting for your case to be heard, but Cary only bills for the time he is actually working on the case. If you need a family lawyer, hire him. You will not be disappointed.

I have known Cary Cliff for over 16 years. I first met him when I was a Guardian ad Litum and a member of the Citizens Foster Care Review Board. At the time, I had no need for a lawyer. But unfortunately, the time did come when I needed to fight for my right as a single mom to move from Florida to Tennessee, where my fiancee' resided. I had witnessed Cary in the courtroom on multiple occasions and was always impressed at how hard he fought for his clients (and I should say we were NOT always on the "same side of the fence" in certain cases!). Mr. Cliff and his staff were very professional and responsive. They had compassion for my situation as a victim of domestic violence, and helped me every step of the way through a nasty divorce/custody case. He advised me as to the best course of action and he and his staff gave me guidance and direction through what was without a doubt, the worst time of my life.
