Whether Petitioner is entitled, pursuant to Section 517.1203, Florida Statutes, to distribution of funds of the Securities Guaranty Fund which were set aside to reimburse investors for funds lost through investments with GIC Government Securities, Inc.Children and estate of deceased had no claim on GIC fund because upon deaths of principals, the residual beneficiaries of the trusts were only the parties with standing.
