Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 Bankruptcy for businesses and individuals as well as help individuals put a plan together to negotiate their debts down to a reasonable payment plan. Whether dealing with the IRS, Student loans, credit cards, or medical debt, I am here to help.
Chapter 7 is a liquidation of debts. This process generally lasts 97 days.
Chapter 13 is a reorganization of debts for individuals in which you will get into a payment plan of either 36 or 60 months paying monthly what you can afford to pay based on a calculation.
