After spending 8 years as a procecuter in NY, and spending 8 years in partnership with Upchurch and Esposito in St. Augustine, in 2005 I began my sole practioner career.
My main focus if on Family Law and all that entails enclusive military divorces and the many facets of the DEER program, spouce and childrens rights within the Military System, Military NO CONTACT orders which is a different process from the civil or crimminal injunction process.

I have been serving families both as a prosecutor, then with Dept. of Children and Families which became my practice focus since entering private practice in 2003.
After prosecuting for the State of New York, once entering private practice, provided conflict counsel for crimminal defense client who were court appointed an attorney due to lack of funds to hire private counsel.
