The issue is whether the Respondent committed an unlawful employment practice under section 760.10, Florida Statutes (2010), by discriminating against Petitioner on the basis of race, color, or sex, and if so, what remedy should be ordered.Petitioner failed to demonstrate that Respondent was responsible for a racially hostile work environement, that she was subject to disparate treatment, or that she suffered retaliatory discharge for her complaints of discrimination.
