Whether or not the Petitioner, Joseph E. Sedlak, is entitled to the restoration of any rights and privileges previously enjoyed, which have been removed as the result of the Respondent, University of North Florida's, notice of non-renewal of the Petitioner's contract beyond June 15, 1977, and whether or not the Petitioner is entitled to renewal of his contract with the Respondent beyond June 15, 1977.Based on facts presented, University decision not to renew employment was for constitutionally permissible reasons and was not contrary to property rights.
