I am so grateful to Phil Hall and his staff for helping me through my situation with my insurance company! Phil went over and beyond to answer questions I had and explain all options for me. There is no better choice than Phil Hall

would highly recommend Phil Hall and his team!! I cannot say enough good things about them! They are absolutely the BEST!! Phil is the BEST attorney ever! I’ve read my share of reviews and no other attorney compares! Not only is he AMAZING at what he does, he is very personable as well! I came in to his office to fill out paperwork with my then almost one year old. It was some lengthy paperwork and the baby was getting tired of sitting in his stroller. Phil got him out and played with him while I finished the paperwork! Not once during this process was I made to feel like a “number.” I actually felt like I was the only client they were helping (even though I know I wasn’t!). Phil always kept me in the know and when I was being impatient and constantly calling with questions Phil or Amy ALWAYS answered them and did not make me feel like I was being a nag even though sometimes I know I was! Phil always gave me all the information, let me know his thoughts on everything, let me know the possible outcomes based on each decision, but ALWAYS left the final decision be mine. Like I said before, I cannot say enough good things about Phil Hall! With all the stress of a car accident case, Phil and Amy made it a breeze!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Phil and his team to anyone who needs legal counsel!! And I was very impressed and pleased with the outcome!!

Phil and his staff are amazing. I was referred to Phil by a friend, after having a consultation with another firm and never hearing from them again. I was hit by a drunk driver in March 2019. Phil took my case and worked with me every step of the way. I wasn’t passed off to another member of his firm, which made me feel like my case was a priority to him. Within 7 months we reached a settlement. I had to have surgery for some injuries that I sustained and his team reached out to me before and after to check on me. They really treated me like I was family. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Call them today you won’t be disappointed.

Great Experience

Had a great experience working with Mr.Hall. He was very professional throughout the entire process, yet he also knew when to lighten up the mood when I got nervous and anxious. He talked about the process too me and what was expected for me in court which helped ease some of the anxiety of the process. His team that helped him while I was there was also very nice and friendly while also remaining the same professionalism that was needed during the case. Overall the experience was much better than I originally expected, not only because I felt comfortable working with Mr. Hall and his team, but also because of inviting atmosphere in which he maintained around us.

An intelligent and warm attorney

Phil is surely one of the finest individuals and astute attorneys I have ever had the genuine pleasure to work with. He co-represented me and co-wrote much of the appeal argument to the Florida Supreme. During the appeal, he spoke eloquently, in his soft spoken manner, to the justices. A decision was rendered in our favor in less than 48 hours. I harbor no doubt that without the input of Charles Phillip Hall on my legal team the outcome would have been much different.
