He NEVER calls me or even returns my calls. He is always out of office with some personal EMERGENCY! I think he is a nice enough person, but I am in a bind and it was through no fault of my own. I have gone a month, several times and no response back. TOTAL TRUTH!
I had a moderate accident and needed help with doctors, repair shop, and the other guys insurance company(ugh!). year later, everything was done, bills paid, and very happy w/ the settlement. He and staff really seemed to care about my problems, and seemed to know as much about the medical issues as the dr's did..
