I have filed literally thousands of consumer bankruptcy cases since I began practicing law in 1992. In 1994, I opened the consumer law firm of Parker & DuFresne, P.A. with my partner, Donald DuFresne.
I have been litigating against mortgage companies since 1992, but until 2007, it had been limited to bankruptcy court. In 2007, I shifted away from my family law litigation practice to take on the mortgage industry in state court foreclosure cases. My firm now dedicated 200+ hours per week to our foreclosure defense practice, and we have developed a complex litigation model which we continually modify and fine-tune.
I sue debt collectors who violate federal and state collection laws. If I win the case, the debt collector must pay me my fees. You would be entitled to statutory damages and actual damages. Don't let debt collectors harass you, oppress you or abuse your rights!
