An outspoken advocate for fathers not having to pay child support in the event of inability to see the child regardless of reasoning (speaking of my ex husband's attorney here, not Ms. Miller), Ms. Miller made it clear over the phone that she was not afraid of her in court;a response I had not heard previously. She put an emotional situation into perspective, in accordance with law, not feelings.
