Excellent Lawyer

I recommend this lawyer. He helped me get a settlement of my accident case. He was very nice and his secretary was very helpful. They helped me find a doctor and get a cash advance. My case was not big, but they treated me like I was their only client. I appreciate that.

Very caring and VERY SHARP!

I hired Mr. O'Toole for a simple car accident case. He settled my case for $250,000 in 24 days!!! Not only that, my health insurance company tried to get $92,000 of my settlement because of "subrogation" and Mr. O'Toole fought for me. He was able to reduce it to $5,000!! He saved me $87,000. Throughout the process, he always kept me informed and was very positive.

Good people

They asked me to leave a review if I was happy with their services. Well I was. They got me $25,000 for a slip and fall and they treated me very good. I was out of work so they got me a cash advance. I had no insurance so they got me a doctor for free. They are good people.

They were great

I first hired the firm in 2006 for my DUI. They won the case at trial. I was so impressed that I referred my dad for his DUI case. His was a felony and they won his too! I thought it was a criminal defense firm but I was wrong. We own a company and were sued.. so we hired the firm again to defend us. All I can say is Mr. O’Toole is amazing. He got the lawsuit dismissed and we now use this law firm for everything. I trust them a lot.

Excellent!

I hired Mr. O'Toole to represent me for my second DUI arrest in Miami. He called and text with me all the time and made me feel good about my chances. We went to court and I was impressed with how he handles himself.. he looks young but you can tell he is very experienced (I later learned he has 20 years of experience). He got my case dismissed in one month. I was so impressed that I hired him to handle my personal injury case because my other lawyer was not very good. Mr. O'Toole made a few phone calls and resolved my injury case without any problem. I recommend him for any criminal or injury case- he is the best!!

Disinterested Attorney

Mr O'Toole is one of saddest excuse for a attorney. He is only interested in making a buck. It is sad when the opposing attorney in a case recommends you find a new attorney. Mr. O'Toole almost got my case dismissed due to lack movement on the case. My recommendations is to move onto another attorney if your looking at him to represent you.

Mr. O'Toole got me over $200,000 on a minor car accident case

Mr. O’Toole had represented me for a few minor driving violations. I told him I had a minor car accident and that my car needed to be fixed. He offered to help me free of charge. When he found out the person that hit me was driving for a pizza company, Mr. O’Toole asked if I was injured. I told him I had some neck and back pain. He told me to go to a specialist and if I followed through with my treatment, he would get me a lot of money. A year later, he came through. He ended up settling my case for over $200,000!!! I would never have made a claim if it was not for him. He is the nicest lawyer I ever met. He is easy to talk to and always available. He is a master of personal injury!

Very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and patient. Great attorney!!

I was hit by a car and was in the hospital for a few days. I had so many lawyers come to the hospital to see me while I was there. I have no clue how they found out about me or knew my information (I suspect the hospital staff) but it was kind of annoying. My friend recommended Christopher O'Toole and I called him. He came to the hospital on a Sunday and spent a few hours with me. The other lawyers only sent their "runners" to come and see me. I was able to speak with Mr. O'Toole almost every day on his cel phone as I had a lot of questions about my health insurance, car insurance, disability, medicaid, etc. He was very nice and patient with me. I know he has several offices and secretaries, but I always spoke with him - not his staff. When it came time to settle my case, he came to my house and made sure I understood all of the paperwork. I would never have guessed he has over 17 years of experience because he looks younger. By the way, he got me the maximum money as I am sure every other lawyer could have. The difference was that he gave me personal attention and service.

Mr. O'Toole helped my family get a $1 million dollar settlement

Mr. O'Toole got me and my family $1 million for a car accident. Our van was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler on the highway and luckily we were not seriously injured. Mr. O'Toole came to our home one evening and spent several hours talking to me and my family. He did not act like a typical lawyer and he was very casual. But, I could tell that he cared and that he would do everything to fight for us. I had no idea how good he really was until I saw him in action. He was amazing. He got the policy limit for my family and did it within 1 year.

Mr. O'Toole saved my life!

Chris took my case without a lot of money. It was a serious case where i was accused of fraud and grand theft over $100k. I do not know how he did it but he won. Watching him at trial was amazing just the way he grilled the witnesses. I owe him my life because they wanted to lock me up for 20 years.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Otoole at the State Attorney's office in 1998 and 1999. He was the first of our group of attorneys who started together to be moved up to the Felony division.
